Shipping & Returns

All jewelry is individually packaged in clear bags that allow for a good visual inspection of size and color. Before opening the bags, please take a good look at your jewelry and make sure it meets up with your expectations. All jewelry is guaranteed to be delivered undamaged and free of manufacturer defects. Broken or missing jewelry must be reported within seven days of delivery. Original shipping charges will not be reimbursed, but replacements for any defective or broken merchandise are always shipped free.

Because every body is different, no piercing has a truly standard sizing. If you have sizing questions, please contact us or a local piercer to help you out. We are not responsible for sizing issues. Please make sure of your size as we cannot accept returns on undamaged Body Jewelry for health and safety reasons.
